Does it really work?
Yes! Our SmoothBeauty Laser has been through strict clinical trials to ensure it is safe and effective for use and is both FDA Cleared and CE Certified.
Is it safe for the eyes? Do I need goggles?
Goggles are not needed but can be worn for your comfort. Please do not stare directly at the light when treating.
How do I clean the device?
For best results, keep the laser treatment tip clean. Oils, lotions, makeup, or other debris can block the laser light or keep the device from functioning properly.
If the laser window or device tip does become visibly dirty, clean it with a lint-free cloth.
If other parts of the device or charging cradle become dirty, clean as needed with a soft cloth moistened with rubbing alcohol.
Make sure the charging cradle is not plugged in when cleaning. Avoid getting water or other liquid inside any part of the Tria SmoothBeauty™ Laser or the charging cradle.
How often should I use the device?
Use your Tria SmoothBeauty Laser 5 days a week for 12 weeks. Do not use for longer than a 12 week course of treatment, ensure you take a break.
Can I use the SmoothBeauty Laser while pregnant/nursing?
Do not use if you are pregnant. The device has not been tested for safety on pregnant people and the risks are unknown.
Who shouldn’t use the device?
Do not use the device on skin that is infected, burned, or cut as this could cause discomfort or irritation. Wait until the infection, burn, or cut has healed before using the laser.
Do not use the device if you are under the age of 18. The use of the device on or by anyone under the age of 18 has not been tested and could result in serious skin or eye injury.
Do not use the device if you have a skin condition or are recovering from professional cosmetic treatments, such as a skin peel, skin resurfacing, injectable toxins or fillers.
