Issue: Device turns ON. As soon as it is placed against skin, device turns OFF. Device stays OFF unless it is placed on the charger cradle again.

Resolution: Re-Charge the device (full charge). Power ON the device and wait 2 seconds before touching skin for treatment. Also wait 2 seconds if treatment level is changed.
